titleOfInvention | A tumor molecular probe targeting cervical cancer and its application |
abstract | The invention discloses a tumor molecular probe targeting cervical cancer and its application. The present invention provides a method for preparing a tumor molecular probe, comprising the steps of: carrying out99mTc labeling on a Pep-1 polypeptide modified with MAG 3 to obtain the tumor molecular probe. The present invention synthesizes and prepares a 99m Tc-MAG 3 -Pep-1 probe that meets the clinical transformation standard, and it has strong in vitro stability after testing. In addition, the present invention also explores the effect of the probe on subcutaneous tumor-bearing (cervical cancer). The imaging application value of the mouse model can better reveal the biological properties of the molecular probe and its potential application prospects. The present invention focuses on three aspects of nuclear medicine, basic medicine and clinical transformation, and prepares a 99m Tc-MAG 3 -Pep-1 molecular probe with high labeling rate, high specific radioactivity and high radiochemical purity, which is used for further animal research. Experimental research and clinical transformation have laid a solid foundation. |
