In the present invention, when PCA cluster analysis is carried out through the blood biochemical indexes of the differences among the three breed sheep groups, it is found that there is obvious group separation between Leizhou goat and Nubian sheep, while Leizhou goat × Nubian sheep is between two Among the parental groups, the population structure of the inter-cultivar differentiation was consistent with the genetic relationship based on the genomic SNP markers, which indicated that the biochemical molecular markers related to heat stress had formed a stable genetic basis within the cultivars.
