titleOfInvention A kind of determination method of copper ammine residue in vegetables and fruits
abstract The invention discloses a method for determining the residual amount of copper cyanamide in vegetables and fruits. Pure water is used to extract the residual copper cyanamide in the sample, the extract is purified by liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane, and then liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is used for liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Detected by LC-MS/MS, a blank matrix solution containing no pesticides to be tested was used to establish a calibration standard solution working curve, and the external standard method was used for quantification. The average addition recovery rate of this method is 80%-95%, the average relative standard deviation (RSD) is 5.3%-9.9%, and the lower limit of determination is 0.05 mg/kg, which has the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis. The method can meet the requirements of the quality standard for pesticide residue registration test, and can quickly, sensitively and accurately determine the pesticide residues of copper bromide in fruits and vegetables, and provide a new detection technology for the detection of copper bromide pesticide residues.
