abstract The present invention provides a liquid medium for reducing the oxidation of expressed recombinant protein in CHO cells, a culture method, and a method for reducing the oxidation of expressed recombinant protein in CHO cells. The liquid medium includes: basal medium, feed medium and minoxidil. Minoxidil is added to the medium, which effectively reduces the oxidation impurities formed during the synthesis of fusion proteins and antibody drugs in CHO cells, and does not affect the synthesis and quality attributes of fusion proteins and antibody drugs. The cost is low , the operation is simple, suitable for industrialized large-scale production.
