The invention relates to a microfluidic chip for cell co-culture and a cell culture method thereof, and the microfluidic chip comprises a bearing base, a culture table, transparent cover plates, transparent electrode plates, heating wires, connecting terminals and a driving circuit, wherein the upper end surface of the bearing base is provided with a bearing groove, the culture table is embedded in the bearing groove, the transparent cover plates cover the upper end surface of the culture table, the two transparent electrode plates are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the axis of the culture table and are parallel to the axis of the culture table, each transparent electrode plate is connected with the side wall of the bearing groove, the heating wires are embedded at the bottom of the bearing groove, and the driving circuit and the connecting terminals are embedded on. The cell culture method comprises three steps of equipment prefabrication, cell culture and the like.
