abstract | The invention also provides a polybenzimidazole-polysiloxane block copolymer graft-modified graphene oxide composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. In the composite material, the phosphonic acid-modified graphene oxide is introduced into the polybenzimidazole-polysiloxane block copolymer in the form of covalent bonds, and the introduction of a small amount of phosphonic acid-modified graphene oxide makes phosphoric acid. The doping level is further reduced to below 10, while the proton conductivity is significantly improved, reaching 8.31×10 ‑2 S/cm, the transverse swelling rate after immersion in phosphoric acid reaches a minimum of 8.7%, and the tensile strength exceeds 7.5MPa. The modification of the phosphonic acid-modified graphene oxide in the composite material of the present invention improves the compatibility and binding force with the polybenzimidazole-polysiloxane block copolymer, and not only improves the ionic conductivity of the composite material , which further reduced the phosphoric acid doping level (ADL) of the composites, also improved the anti-swelling properties and mechanical properties of the composites, and optimized the comprehensive properties of the composites. |
