abstract | The invention discloses a flame-retardant and toughened benzoxazine/bio-based phosphide composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composite material consists of 60-99 parts of benzoxazine resin and 1-40 parts of bio-based phosphide; the bio-based phosphide is any one of phosphorylated cellulose, phosphorylated carrageenan, phosphorylated pectin, phosphorylated chitosan, phosphorylated corn starch, phosphorylated soybean protein, phosphorylated chitin, phosphorylated fibroin and phosphorylated gelatin. According to the invention, by introducing the bio-based filler, the benzoxazine resin has better flame retardance and toughness, the ring-opening curing temperature of the benzoxazine monomer is reduced, and the technical problem of poor comprehensive performance of the benzoxazine resin in the prior art can be solved. |
