The invention has the following technical effects: 1) the inventor of the invention unexpectedly finds out a novel pregnane compound capable of inhibiting tumor performance, particularly has good inhibition effect on lung cancer cells, ovarian cancer cells, gastric cancer cells and breast cancer high-metastasis cells, and enriches the types of tumor drugs. 2) Compared with the existing synthesis method of the pregnane compound, the new synthesis method of the pregnane compound provided by the invention has the advantages of shorter technical route, simple and generalizable synthesis method, easily controlled reaction conditions and high total yield, and can be used for preparing a large amount of the compounds. |
