The invention relates to a diyne diol compound, a synthesis method and application thereof, wherein the diyne diol compound provided by the invention is shown as the following formula: the synthesis method comprises the following steps: the substituent secondary alcohol terminal alkyne and the substituent secondary alcohol alkynyl bromide react in different solvents under the catalysis of a coupling catalyst to obtain the diacetylene glycol compound. The synthesis method provided by the invention is a carbon-carbon coupling synthesis method of the terminal alkynyl and alkynyl bromide, the reaction has molecular economy, the solvent is water, the use of dangerous solvents is avoided, the waste liquid is less, and the treatment is easy. Meanwhile, the synthesis method does not need to use expensive ligand catalyst, and the cost is low. The compound synthesized by the invention has bactericidal activity on plant soil-borne diseases and can be used as an effective component of a novel bactericide. |
