abstract | The invention discloses a diamine containing a phenothiazine structure and a polyimide prepared therefrom. The present invention utilizes the reaction of an intermediate containing two halogen atoms substituted phenothiazine with ammonia water to convert the halogen atom into an amino group; then the nitro group-containing group is grafted through Ullmann coupling reaction and then reduced to obtain a phenothiazine-containing structure and then polymerizing the prepared diamine monomer with dianhydride to obtain a polyimide containing a phenothiazine structure in the main chain. The invention creatively introduces the plane rigid structure and polar group of phenothiazine into the main chain of polyimide, the plane rigid structure is conducive to the regular stacking of molecular chains, induces polymer crystallization, and the polar groups can enhance the hydrogen of the molecular chain bond, and promote the close packing of molecular chains, so that polyimide has excellent barrier properties, high glass transition temperature and thermal stability, low thermal expansion coefficient and antibacterial properties. |
