abstract The invention relates to a mesoporous silicon-based drug carrier coated by a zwitterionic polymer film and a preparation method thereof. A preparation method of a mesoporous silicon-based targeting drug carrier coated by a zwitterionic polymer film comprises the following steps: (1) preparing mesoporous silicon dioxide; (2) coating mesoporous silicon dioxide with polydopamine; (3) loading an anti-cancer drug; (4) the mesoporous silicon dioxide loaded with the anticancer drug is coated by a zwitterionic polymer film. According to the mesoporous silicon-based drug carrier coated by the zwitterionic polymer film and the preparation method, the nano particles are coated and synthesized by the zwitterionic polymer film, so that biological barriers can be effectively avoided, whole-body blood circulation is carried out, and efficient accumulation of the nano particles in tumors is realized, so that the biocompatibility, long circulation and aggregation of the nano particles in tumor parts are improved, and the mesoporous silicon-based drug carrier can be used for delivering drugs in the tumor parts.
