abstract | The invention belongs to the field of water quality detection, and provides a method for simultaneously detecting multiple organic pollutants in water by a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined method, which comprises the following steps: compounding various standard substances and substitutes with internal standard substances respectively, diluting with a solvent, and finally preparing into a standard solution with a concentration gradient; uniformly mixing 0.8-1.2L of water body to be detected with 15-25 mu L of substitute mixed standard, extracting the obtained mixture by using dichloromethane, and then adding 8-12 mu L of each of the internal standard 1, the internal standard 2 and the internal standard 3 to obtain the water body to be detected; and respectively carrying out gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection on the standard solution and the water body to be detected, thereby obtaining the content of each organic pollutant in the water body to be detected. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple steps, high accuracy and good reproducibility, can simultaneously perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on various pollutants in the water body, and has practical guiding significance for the detection work of the organic pollutants in the water body. |
