abstract The invention discloses an antibacterial self-flame retardant hyperbranched polyacrylate emulsion and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following raw materials in parts by mass: 50-60 parts of methyl acrylate, 20-30 parts of acrylic acid, 15-20 parts of itaconic acid, and pentaerythritol 25-35 parts of tetraacrylate, 10-15 parts of melamine, 4-8 parts of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 1-2 parts of catalyst, 1-1.5 parts of initiator, 20-30 parts of modified nano-zirconium phosphate, allyl 2-3 parts of oxynonylphenoxypropanol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate, 20-30 parts of N,N-dimethylformamide, and 90-110 parts of deionized water. The present invention utilizes -NH in melamine and aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid to carry out amidation reaction with -COOH in acrylic acid and itaconic acid, and then takes pentaerythritol tetraacrylate as the inner core, through polyaddition between -C=C- reaction, adding an amidation product containing melamine or aminotrimethylene phosphonic acid, and then copolymerizing with methyl acrylate to form a polyacrylate branched inner shell, and then cross-linking with modified nano-zirconium phosphate to form a core-inner shell ‑Shell structure hyperbranched polyacrylate emulsion.
