titleOfInvention A kind of method for preparing tetraethyl methylene diphosphonate
abstract The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical synthesis, and discloses a method for preparing tetraethyl methylene diphosphonate. The method comprises: (1) firstly mixing sodium methoxide and an organic solvent to obtain a first mixed solution; (2) ) carrying out the second mixing of the first mixed solution and diethyl phosphite to obtain the second mixed solution containing sodium diethyl phosphite; (3) carrying out the distillation treatment of the second mixed solution to obtain phosphorous acid Sodium diethyl ester; (4) thirdly mixing the sodium diethyl phosphite and dihalomethane to obtain tetraethyl methylene diphosphonate. In the method provided by the invention, tetraethyl methylene diphosphate can be prepared by using sodium methoxide, avoiding the use of highly dangerous metal sodium and sodium hydride, and the yield is equivalent to the existing metal sodium or sodium ethoxide. The invention provides an economical and safe process method for the preparation of tetraethyl methylene diphosphate.
