titleOfInvention Phillyrin loading and drug delivery system for MHS cell-derived exosomes and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, in particular to a forsythin loading and drug delivery system based on MHS cell-derived exosomes and application thereof. The drug delivery system is prepared by mixing MHS cell-derived exosomes and a phillyrin solution, and then performing incubation, ice bath ultrasound, constant-temperature culture recovery, centrifugation, washing and resuspension, centrifugation and resuspension precipitation; in the mixed solution, the concentration of the phillyrin is 400-; the concentration of MHS cell-derived exosomes was 400-410. mu.g/mL based on the amount of protein. The Phil-Exos prepared by the invention is well taken up by the A549 cells, has higher inhibition effect on the migration of the A549 cells, and obviously improves the anti-tumor cell migration capability of the Phil.
