The low-hydrophilicity coating slurry is mainly prepared from aluminum hydroxide powder, magnesium hydroxide powder, a binder, a dispersant and a thickening agent, the low-moisture slurry is adopted for coating, the relative humidity of the diaphragm environment is kept in a low-humidity environment in the coating process, and the high-temperature baking is carried out to further remove moisture; preventing the diaphragm from contacting with wet air in the process of transferring the coated film mother roll, and sealing and transferring by adopting an aluminum-plastic bag; the cutting process is directly carried out in a drying room, so that the diaphragm is gradually dried layer by layer in the cutting process, and the moisture in the inner layer of the coating film is thoroughly volatilized. The coating film prepared by the method can not generate the condition that the water content in the later period rises, so that the drying energy is fundamentally saved, and the costs of labor power, material resources, time and the like in product production are reduced. |
