titleOfInvention Cross-linked network SiO2 composite single ion conductor electrolyte and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides a cross-linked network SiO 2 composite single ion conductor electrolyte and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite single-ion conductor electrolyte includes modified SiO2 nanoparticles, polyanionic lithium salt, polymer matrix and plasticizer. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) preparing modified SiO 2 ; (2) free-radically copolymerizing 2-acrylamide-2-lithium methyl propane sulfonate and the modified SiO 2 obtained in step (1) to form SiO 2 2 is a single-ion conductor salt cross-linked network of nodes; (3) the product obtained in step (2) and the vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer are blended and dispersed in N,N- In the dimethylformamide solution, the polymer film is prepared by the electrospinning technique; (4) the polymer film is soaked in the plasticizer, and the thickness of the gel electrolyte film is 10-100 μm. The gel electrolyte has the characteristics of wide electrochemical window, high lithium ion migration number, and simple fabrication process, and can effectively inhibit the growth of metal lithium dendrites, thereby improving the life and safety of lithium metal batteries.
