abstract The invention relates to an aqueous sodium-ion battery capacitor hybrid device with a bismuth oxide negative electrode and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking a glass fiber diaphragm in a sodium sulfate solution, and then taking it out and sandwiching it in a Bi 2 O 3. A sandwich structure is formed between the battery-type negative electrode and the δ-MnO 2 capacitor-type positive electrode; (2) the sandwich structure is encapsulated in a plastic film as a whole, and then filled with sodium sulfate electrolyte, and then completely encapsulated to obtain the target product. Compared with the prior art, the preparation materials required for the electrode involved in the present invention are readily available, the experimental conditions and operation steps are simple, and the invention has the advantages of low cost and mass production. At the same time, the Bi 2 O 3 //MnO 2 battery capacitor is mixed. The device has a potential window of 2.4V, which breaks through the limitation of the 2V potential window of the hybrid device of water-based battery capacitors, and has high energy density and power density at the same time.
