titleOfInvention | Application of quantitative FTL products in the preparation of preeclampsia diagnostic tools |
abstract | The invention discloses the application of a quantitative FTL product in preparing a diagnostic tool for preeclampsia. In the present invention, laboratory verification is carried out after quantitative proteomics analysis, and it is found for the first time that the expression level of FTL in the placenta of PE pregnant women and in the plasma of the third trimester is significantly reduced. The present invention proposes the application of FTL as a novel biomarker of PE in the preparation of a PE diagnostic tool, and the occurrence of PE can be prompted when the level of FTL is detected to be reduced. The application of reagents to quantify FTL levels in the clinical diagnosis of PE is a complement to existing research. The present invention not only provides new ideas for the research on PE diagnosis, but also helps to further develop new drugs for preventing or treating PE. |
