titleOfInvention | Rapid detection kit for nuclear matrix protein 22 and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a rapid detection kit for nuclear matrix protein 22, which comprises a reagent R1, a reagent R2 and a calibrator. The donor microsphere in the reagent R1 can generate monomer oxygen under the excitation of 680nm light; the receptor microsphere in reagent R2 is capable of reacting with monomeric oxygen to generate a detectable 615nm chemiluminescent signal. Therefore, the chemiluminescence signal can be directly detected without washing and separation during detection, thereby realizing the rapid detection of the nuclear matrix protein 22. In addition, the kit can complete detection within 10min, and has good specificity, sensitivity and repeatability. |
