In the present invention, by combining and regulating the ratio of polymer/solvent, not only nanometer-level polyaryletherketone can be obtained. Two-dimensional or three-dimensional nanofiber derivatives can also be obtained, and the prepared polyaryletherketone nanofibers and their derivatives have low density.
