abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering, and provides a method for improving the adhesion of epithelial cells of a tissue engineering anterior lamellar cornea, which comprises an epithelial cell amplification step and an anterior lamellar cornea construction step, wherein the epithelial cell amplification comprises pretreatment, digestion and adherent culture; the anterior lamellar cornea construction includes coating, seeding and two-stage culture. The coating liquid is coated on the front elastic layer of the acellular corneal scaffold material to simulate a basement membrane between human corneal epithelial cells and the front elastic layer, so that the function of stably connecting the epithelial cells and the front elastic layer is achieved, and in addition, the construction of a tissue engineering front lamellar cornea is carried out by utilizing a gas-liquid surface culture method to simulate the human blinking environment condition, so that the corneal epithelial cells are promoted to be delaminated; the invention ensures the clinical use effect of the tissue engineering anterior lamellar cornea containing the epithelial cell layer from the two aspects.
