The invention relates to a microwave composite dielectric substrate used in a high-frequency and high-speed environment and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of microwave dielectrics. In the present invention, nano-solid silica ceramic powder and tetraethyl orthosilicate are used to construct silica ceramic powder with porous structure by hydrothermal method. The yield of silica is higher, and the reaction conditions are relatively simple, and it is expected to be mass-produced; in the present invention, the porous silica ceramic nanospheres are modified with a coupling agent and mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene, and are formed by calendering and vacuum hot pressing. The modified silica ceramic nanospheres and the polymer matrix are uniformly mixed, so that the plate is dense and has good dielectric properties and mechanical strength, and a microwave composite dielectric substrate with low dielectric constant and low thermal expansion coefficient is prepared. |
