abstract |
The present invention provides a high-affinity AFPT cell receptor, specifically, a T cell receptor (TCR), which has the activity of binding FMNKFIYEI-HLA-A*0201 complex, and the T cell receptor comprising a TCRα chain variable domain and a TCRβ chain variable domain, the TCRα chain variable domain comprising 3 CDR regions; and the binding affinity of the TCR to the FMNKFIYEI-HLA-A*0201 complex is that of the wild-type TCR pair At least 10 times the binding affinity of the FMNKFIYEI‑HLA‑A*0201 complex.
