The invention discloses a method for catalyzing olefin migration asymmetric functionalization by nickel-hydrogen promoted by a ligand relay strategy. Under the action of metal nickel salt, achiral ligand, chiral ligand, alkali, hydrogen source, additive and the like, olefin and a plurality of electrophilic reagents are respectively dissolved in an organic solvent for reaction, and the chiral compound with excellent regioselectivity and enantioselectivity is obtained. The method can efficiently synthesize chiral compounds containing various functional groups, and the product has high enantioselectivity. |
