A preparation method of a densified silicon nitride ceramic material is as follows: step 1: disperse and mix modified carbon nanotubes and modified Si 3 N 4 in a solvent, perform a heating and reflux reaction, and separate and obtain a composite material after the reaction; step 2: Mix the sintering aid with the composite material obtained in step 1, and ball mill for 1-2 hours to obtain a slurry; Step 3: place the slurry obtained in step 2 in a mold to solidify for 1-3 hours to obtain a green body; Step 4: The green body obtained in step 3 is sintered at high temperature and high pressure in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain densified silicon nitride ceramics; wherein the mass ratio of modified Si 3 N 4 and modified carbon nanotubes is 1:(3-5).
