titleOfInvention A method for degrading tetracycline antibiotics in wastewater by a hydrodynamic cavitation system based on enlarged orifice plate
abstract The invention relates to a method for degrading tetracycline antibiotics in wastewater by a hydrodynamic cavitation system based on an enlarged orifice plate. The technical scheme adopted is: using a hydrodynamic cavitation system based on an enlarged orifice plate, placing the wastewater containing tetracycline antibiotics in a degradation tank, and turning on a circulating pump, so that the wastewater of tetracycline antibiotics flows through the enlarged orifice plate device for hydrodynamic cavitation degradation Then return to the degradation tank for 60 minutes of cyclic degradation; the pressure at the inlet end of the amplifying orifice device is controlled to be 1.0-5.0 bar through a throttle valve on the secondary circulation pipeline. The method of the invention has the advantages of low treatment cost, simple device, convenient operation and no secondary pollution, and is suitable for large-scale treatment of tetracycline antibiotics in wastewater.
