abstract | The present invention provides a regenerated silicon prepared based on crystalline silicon cutting waste and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) briquetting and molding the crystalline silicon cutting waste to obtain bulk silicon material; (2) ) melting the first slag agent to obtain slag liquid; (3) continuously throwing the bulk silicon material obtained in step (1) into the slag liquid obtained in step (2), and refining the first slag to obtain the first refining slag and molten silicon; (4) mixing the second slag agent with the molten silicon obtained in step (3), and refining the second slag to obtain the second refining slag and regenerated silicon; wherein step (1) and step (2) are not separated The sequence; the first refining slag obtained in step (3) and the second refining slag obtained in step (4) are reused. The invention overcomes the technical problems unfavorable for application, such as the refractory waste silicon powder, the difficulty of simultaneous removal of boron and phosphorus, and the bottom sediment in the refining process, and simultaneously simplifies the process and reduces the cost. |
