The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a bimetallic component isophthalonitrile hydrogenation catalyst. The preparation method includes preparing a silica gel carrier precursor by a co-precipitation method, and adding an active metal solution, an auxiliary solution and an alkaline precipitant. The target catalyst is obtained through washing, drying, granulation, calcination and reduction. Compared with the catalyst prepared in the prior art, the catalyst prepared by the method of the present invention has more stable activity and m-xylylenediamine yield in the reaction of preparing m-xylylenediamine by continuous hydrogenation in a fixed bed. The problems of easy deactivation of catalysts and low product selectivity in the prior art are solved, and the invention has a good industrial application prospect. |
