titleOfInvention | Use of an injectable composition comprising chlorogenic acid in the preparation of an injection with skin lightening effect |
abstract | The invention provides the use of an injection composition comprising chlorogenic acid and diammonium glycyrrhizinate in preparing an injection with skin whitening effect, belonging to the field of medicine. In the composition of the present invention, chlorogenic acid is used as the main active ingredient, and diammonium glycyrrhizinate is used as an auxiliary ingredient, and the latter can effectively enhance the skin whitening effect of chlorogenic acid, thereby reducing its dosage. Pharmacodynamic experiments show that the composition of the present invention comprising chlorogenic acid and diammonium glycyrrhizinate has a significant inhibitory effect on the synthesis of melanin, and the effect is obviously better than that of chlorogenic acid or tranexamic acid alone. |
