titleOfInvention | Biomass-based water-type cylinder sticking agent and preparation method thereof |
abstract | A biomass-based water-type cylinder sticking agent and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, levulinic acid and acrylic acid olefine aldehyde are condensed, and water is added as a solvent in the reaction process to obtain dibasic acid; carrying out amidation reaction on the prepared dibasic acid and diethylenetriamine in a solution, carrying out reduced pressure distillation on the obtained product, and removing a solvent and generated water to obtain the water-based polyamide; grafting dimer acid epoxy resin on amino-terminated polyether, wherein a reaction catalyst is a phosphazene catalyst, and preparing water-based epoxy resin; and mixing the aqueous polyamide solution with the aqueous epoxy resin to obtain the biomass-based aqueous jar-bonding agent. The biomass-based water-based cylinder sticking agent prepared by the invention is uniform in film forming, good in remoistenability and good in shear strength. The mechanical property of the cylinder sticking agent can be adjusted by changing the addition amount of the water-based epoxy resin. |
