titleOfInvention | Ionomer type grafted multifunctional material, preparation method thereof and application thereof in PVC (polyvinyl chloride) |
abstract | The invention relates to an ionomer type grafted multifunctional material, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in PVC, wherein the ionomer type grafted multifunctional material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 39.5-80% of chlorinated polyethylene, 19.5-60% of acid or acid ester copolymer ionomer and 0.5-1% of photosensitizer; the grafting rate of the ionomer type grafting multifunctional material is 3-10%; and adding the chlorinated polyethylene and the photosensitizer into a reactor, adding the ionomer of the acid or acid ester copolymer in a nitrogen atmosphere, and performing irradiation treatment to obtain the ionomer type grafted multifunctional material. The ionomer type grafted multifunctional material is used as an auxiliary agent in the PVC processing process, can improve the dispersion fluidity of PVC materials, improve the toughness of products and improve the weather resistance of the products, and is a special processing auxiliary agent for PVC integrating multiple functions and one package. |
