titleOfInvention Glass carrier rare earth composite inorganic antibacterial agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a rare earth composite inorganic antibacterial agent with a glass carrier and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) immersing the waste cullet into corrosive liquid, standing for reacting for 2-4h, adding an antibacterial agent after neutralization, stirring uniformly, fully reacting, clarifying, filtering and leaving residues; (2) and (2) sintering the residue obtained in the step (1) at a high temperature, cooling and then pulverizing to obtain the glass carrier rare earth composite inorganic antibacterial agent. According to the invention, the waste glass is added with the etching liquid with a certain concentration for etching, so that the original silicate network structure in the glass is destroyed, a network structure body structure which is beneficial to the effective adsorption of rare earth and antibacterial ions is formed, the antibacterial effect is enhanced, and the usage amount of the antibacterial ions is reduced.
