titleOfInvention A kind of high hardness, high tenacity rubber magnet and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the field of rubber magnetic materials, and discloses a rubber magnet with high hardness and high toughness and a preparation method thereof. The rubber magnet with high hardness and high toughness includes the following components: ferrite magnetic powder, chlorinated polyethylene resin, plasticizer, coupling agent and heat stabilizer; the chlorinated polyethylene resin is selected from chlorine content at least two chlorinated polyethylene resins at 25%, 30%, or 35%. In the present invention, CPE chlorinated polyethylene resins with different chlorine contents are combined as the thermoplastic elastomer to realize the improvement of the hardness and flexibility of the rubber magnet.
