The invention discloses a garbage incinerator coupling plasma melting furnace treatment device, which comprises a grate furnace garbage incineration system, wherein the grate furnace garbage incineration system is connected with a cyclone separator through a pipeline, a storage bin is arranged below the cyclone separator, and a discharge hole at the bottom of the cyclone separator is communicated with a feed inlet of the storage bin through a pipeline; the side wall of the bin is connected with a diaphragm pump through a pipeline, the diaphragm pump is also connected with a plasma melting furnace through a pipeline, and the plasma melting furnace is connected with a secondary combustion chamber through a pipeline; the top outlet of the cyclone separator is also connected with the inlet of the second combustion chamber through a pipeline; a hopper is arranged above the plasma melting furnace and is connected with a feed inlet of the plasma melting furnace through a pipeline. The device reduces NOx in the plasma melting furnace by using a small amount of unburnt gas and particulate matters in the waste incineration furnace, and the secondary combustion chamber does not need additional fuel. Also provides a treatment method of the garbage incinerator coupled plasma melting furnace. |
