titleOfInvention Multilayer composite waterproof coiled material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a multilayer composite waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof. The multilayer composite waterproof roll comprises a pressure layer and a self-healing layer which is laminated with the pressure layer; wherein the pressure layer comprises bentonite composite rubber and water-absorbing resin; the self-healing layer comprises an encapsulating material and an encapsulated material; the encapsulated material comprises a non-solidified asphalt waterproof material and a permeable crystallization waterproof microcapsule; the permeable crystallization waterproof microcapsule has a core-shell structure, the shell layer material is a water-soluble polymer, and the core body material is a cement-based waterproof repair material. When rivers locate to the coiled material, the pressure layer swelling that absorbs water extrudees the self-healing layer, and the colloidal material in the self-healing layer flows to the damaged department of coiled material, the breach of shutoff coiled material, and the infiltration crystallization waterproof microcapsule of embedding in the self-healing layer can be along with rivers entering concrete crack, improves water-proof effects. The pressure layer retracts after dehydration, the continuous extrusion self-healing layer can be avoided, and the coiled material can be expanded again after meeting water next time, so that the coiled material has continuous healing capability.
