titleOfInvention Screening and application of a benzo[a]anthracene-degrading strain in black odorous sediment
abstract The invention relates to the field of microbial degradation technology and environmental protection, and in particular relates to the screening and application of a strain having a degrading effect on benzo[a]anthracene. The strain was named MZ-5. This strain is deposited in the General Microbiology Center of China Microorganism Culture Collection Management Committee, the address is No. 3 Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, preservation number: CGMCC No.20668, preservation date: September 2020 18. The strain was screened from the black odorous sediment of Maozhou River in Shenzhen. Under the condition of pure culture, when pH=5.0 and the temperature is 30℃, the degradation efficiency of this strain to benzo[a]anthracene is the highest, reaching 67% within 72h. In addition, the strain has good adaptability in sediments and shows good multi-substrate degradation ability. By studying the biological characteristics and degradation characteristics of this strain, it can provide technical support for the biological treatment of benzo[a]anthracene and other refractory organics in the sediment.
