abstract |
The present invention provides a method for preparing aviation fuel or detergent precursor from biomass platform compounds. The present invention is divided into three parts: the first step is to utilize lignocellulose-based furan compound 2-methylfuran and carbonyl-containing compound benzaldehyde to realize alkylation/hydroxyalkylation C-C coupler under the action of solid acid The second step is to realize the complete hydrodeoxygenation of the unsaturated precursor under the catalysis of the supported metal catalyst to obtain the monocyclic alkane. In the last step, the supported metal catalyst is still used to realize the retention of the benzene ring structure under normal pressure, thereby obtaining the precursor of the detergent. The catalysts and raw materials used in the present invention have abundant sources, low prices, easy separation, and the entire production process is easy to operate. |
