The invention discloses a preparation method of benzoxazine dione compound C and its intermediate. Including method 1: (1) compound SM01 is reacted with N,N'-disuccinimidyl carbonate to obtain intermediate B1; (2) intermediate B1 is heated to 65°C-95°C for ring closure reaction to obtain compound C . Or method 2: (1) compound SM01 is reacted with Boc acid anhydride to obtain intermediate B2; (2) intermediate B2 is heated to 65°C-95°C for ring closure reaction to obtain compound C. The synthetic route involved in the invention has simple preparation method, mild reaction conditions, avoids the use of toxic or corrosive reagents, high product purity and yield, and is suitable for industrial production. |
