abstract The application belongs to the technical field of biological wastewater treatment, and particularly relates to an algae-derived extracellular photosensitive polymer for wastewater treatment and a preparation method and a device thereof. The preparation method of the algae-derived extracellular photosensitive polymer provided by the application comprises the following steps: inoculating microalgae into a culture solution of a three-electrode system, applying a potential to the culture solution through the three-electrode system, irradiating the microalgae with a light source, and adding antibiotics into the culture solution to acclimate the microalgae; the potential is 0.4-0.8V; the addition concentration of the antibiotics is 1-2 mg/L; and extracting the algae-derived extracellular photosensitive polymer of the microalgae. The application discloses a preparation method of an algae-derived extracellular photosensitive polymer for wastewater treatment, which can be used for preparing the algae-derived extracellular photosensitive polymer for wastewater treatment and promoting photosensitive degradation of organic pollutants in wastewater.
