titleOfInvention Photocuring 3D printing metal-ceramic composite material part and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a photocuring 3D printing metal-ceramic composite material part and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the metal powder after surface activation treatment and the ceramic powder after surface activation treatment, adding a surface curing agent and a surface polymerization initiator into the mixture, and performing a coating step; carrying out post-treatment on the product obtained in the coating step to obtain a core-shell material taking metal powder as a core and a ceramic coating layer as a shell; preparing 3D printing slurry from photocuring resin, a photoinitiator, a dispersant and the core-shell material; curing and forming the 3D printing paste by using photocuring 3D printing equipment to obtain a photocuring 3D printing biscuit; and (4) degreasing and sintering the photocuring 3D printing biscuit to obtain the metal-ceramic composite material. The invention improves the dispersion and ultraviolet curing characteristics of metal powder in photosensitive resin by a simple process, thereby preparing the metal-ceramic composite material with excellent performance by a photocuring 3D printing technology.
