abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a thin-layer composite film by using an electric spraying method, which comprises the following steps: respectively dissolving polyamine/polyol monomer and polybasic acyl chloride monomer/polybasic acyl chloride and nano material additive mixture in a single/mixed organic solvent, and stirring and dissolving to prepare an electric spraying liquid; placing the porous base membrane on the surface of a receiving roller, setting high-pressure electric spraying parameters, adjusting the distance from the tip of a spray head to the receiving roller, and carrying out electric spraying; and atomizing the electric spraying liquid into micro droplets, and depositing the micro droplets on the surface of the porous base membrane layer by layer to prepare the thin-layer composite membrane. Compared with the preparation method of the interfacial polymerization film, the preparation method can realize the uniform growth of the thin-layer composite film in space or chemical composition, the polymerization efficiency of the monomer is high, and the controllable growth of the film is realized; the prepared thin-layer composite membrane has adjustable pore diameter, surface potential and hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties, and is suitable for the fields of water treatment such as nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, electrodialysis and the like, chemical separation, battery diaphragms, surface coatings and the like. |
