abstract | The invention discloses a primer, a probe and a kit for detecting the polymorphism of LRRK2 gene 2385 site. Using a pair of LRRK2 gene 2385 locus-specific primers, amplify the 2385 locus gene fragment of human LRRK2 gene, and design a specific Taqman MGB probe, that is, detect a SNP site through two different channels in one reaction system. When the reaction system contains templates of different genotypes, different fluorescent signals are released along with the PCR amplification process. The instrument is used to monitor and output the signal intensity of the corresponding channel in the PCR process in real time, so as to realize the qualitative analysis of the detection results. On the basis of ensuring detection specificity and sensitivity, the invention realizes convenient, rapid and efficient detection, reduces detection operation steps, shortens detection reaction time, reduces production cost and detection cost, and is beneficial to clinical detection and analysis applications. |
