The invention discloses a method for genetic transformation of embryogenic callus of hybrid sweetgum, belonging to the technical field of plant genetic engineering. The method of the invention comprises: using Agrobacterium to infiltrate the callus of hybrid sweetgum, and then inoculating the callus after the infiltration treatment on a screening medium for screening and culturing the resistant callus. Through the positive identification of the resistant callus by PCR, a large number of positive resistant calli can be obtained in a short time by using the genetic transformation method of the present invention, that is, a high-efficiency genetic transformation system of hybrid sweetgum is established by using the Agrobacterium-mediated method. The inventive method has high genetic transformation efficiency of Liquidambar, and is of great significance for cultivating new varieties of Liquidambar and verifying gene function. |
