Up to 1125U/L, the protein expression of the mutant was 2 times higher than that of the wild-type enzyme. The mutant laccase LacAt is used for the decolorization of azo dyes directly 6, and the dye can be completely decolorized when no mediator is added, which improves the application ability of laccase, reduces the use cost and avoids secondary pollution, which is conducive to improvement Azo dye textile finishing process, reducing operating costs. |
