abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a sulfonated SEBS-based rare earth ionomer, which comprises the following steps: dissolving SEBS, adding a sulfonating agent to carry out sulfonation reaction, and adding a terminating agent to the reaction liquid to terminate the reaction; then adding rare earth metal salt, pouring the whole reaction system into water with the temperature of more than or equal to 50 ℃ to obtain a precipitate, and washing and drying the precipitate to obtain the sulfonated SEBS-based rare earth ionomer. The prepared ionomer realizes the improvement of the impact toughness and the flame retardant property of PC, and basically maintains the high thermal stability, the transparency and the mechanical strength of PC. |
