Rectification release gas released from the tetrafluoroethylene rectification tower No. 1 enters pentafluoroethane reaction and separation integrated equipment through a tetrafluoroethylene rectification release gas conveying pipeline to react with hydrofluoric acid to generate pentafluoroethane.
