The invention discloses a method for prolonging the fresh-keeping period of fresh wolfberry. The method is to spray a nutritional preservative composed of 1-methylcyclopropene, marine fish protein peptide and ε-polylysine before harvesting, and pick the next day. On the same day, put it in a portable air-conditioned box and transport it to the destination within 12-16 hours. After pre-cooling in the cold storage, add the terahertz fresh-keeping bag and 1‑MCP fresh-keeping bag, add an appropriate amount of dry ice, and then snap the lid for storage. This fresh-keeping method can effectively slow down the softening and decay of fresh wolfberry, and at the same time ensure that the leaves of wolfberry are bright green, and the fresh-keeping period can be extended to more than 50 days. |
