titleOfInvention | Method for degrading and detecting veterinary drug residues in livestock meat |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for degrading and detecting veterinary drug residues in livestock meat, and belongs to the technical field of food safety. The degradation method comprises the steps of adding the soup material bag and the livestock meat into water for decoction, wherein the soup material bag comprises the following components: 1-3 parts of pepper, 0.5-1.5 parts of fennel, 1-3 parts of clove, 1-3 parts of cinnamon, 2-4 parts of hawthorn, 3-5 parts of angelica, 2-4 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 2-4 parts of coix seed. The detection method comprises the steps of sample extraction, purification and liquid chromatography analysis, wherein the liquid chromatography analysis conditions are as follows: the fluidity is 0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-acetonitrile, the volume ratio is 75: 25; the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength: 242 nm; the column temperature was 30 ℃. The degradation method can lead the degradation rate of the oxytetracycline, the thiamphenicol and the sulfamethoxypyridazine to reach 88.18 percent, 83.53 percent and 90.48 percent. The detection method is simple and rapid to operate, high in accuracy and strong in repeatability. |
