titleOfInvention Method for visually monitoring cytochrome c in living cell and evaluating vomitoxin cytotoxicity
abstract The invention discloses a method for visually monitoring cytochrome c in living cells and evaluating vomitoxin cytotoxicity, and belongs to the technical field of fluorescence imaging and biosensing. The method of the invention utilizes the unmarked fluorescent material CdTe @ MIP which can specifically identify Cyt c as a probe, combines the high selectivity of MIP identification and the high sensitivity and yellow luminescence performance of fluorescence detection, and realizes the fluorescence imaging of Cyt c in cells. In the method, when the HepG2 cell is induced to die by DON, Cyt c generated by mitochondria is released to cytoplasm, and visual real-time monitoring of Cyt c in living cells and visual evaluation of DON-induced apoptosis level are realized by using the imaging result of a laser confocal microscope, thereby enriching the evaluation means of DON toxicity and providing an early warning means for food safety.
